We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Blue Balloon ABA in Upper Marlboro, MD. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavior-analytic services to children with autism and their families.
Job Summary:The BCBA will be responsible for providing behavior-analytic services, including assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of behavior plans. You will also provide supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Additionally, you will conduct regular parent training sessions and coordinate care with primary care physicians and other professionals.
Responsibilities:- Provide behavior-analytic services, including assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of behavior plans.
- Provide supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs.
- Conduct regular parent training sessions.
- Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other professionals.
- Manage own schedule and caseload.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable).
- Completion of BCBA supervision training.
- 1+ years' experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to stand and move for at least 75% of the day, lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
- Small caseloads.
