Essential Skills and Experience

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments with vendors and stakeholders to develop and monitor the roadmap and lifecycle of infrastructure for hardware, software, products, and processes.
- Organize regular meetings, conference calls, or onsite visits with vendors and stakeholders to stay updated on current technologies, products, and processes.
- Review upcoming activities related to specific technologies, products, and processes with vendors and stakeholders.
- Research and keep informed about all information that may influence the lifecycle of any supported technology, product, or process.
- Facilitate the creation, implementation, and maintenance of best practices, policies, standards, and procedures for operational units to guide the use of each technology solution or product.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and open communication with vendors, operations, architecture, and management personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of specific knowledge regarding the technologies, products, and processes to be supported.
- Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, RSA, and Secret Server.
- A passion for collaborating with a team to enhance or modify tools to ensure security and compliance.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills when working with vendors and internal staff.
- Must possess a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
