Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Line Crews: Oversee the daily activities of line crews, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Interpret Construction Plans: Interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards.
  • Inspect Work: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work is completed safely and to the highest standards.
  • Manage Equipment: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that preventative maintenance is completed on a regular basis.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Construction office, including work schedules, material needs, and any issues that may arise.
  • Manage Team: Supervise and manage a team of line crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training and 7 years of related experience.
  • License: Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 100% of work week.
  • Availability: Ability to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPR and First Aid Training: Certification in CPR and first aid.
