Position Title: Commercial HVAC Boiler Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functionality of boiler systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintain essential operational documentation.
  • Execute preventative maintenance and repairs on boilers and related apparatus.
  • Perform monthly safety tests on all equipment.
  • Carry out annual inspections and tuning of boiler systems.
  • Regulate chemical treatments for boiler operations.
  • Monitor and assess exhaust emissions.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a four-year apprenticeship or relevant technical education.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in commercial HVAC systems.
  • Availability for emergency response calls.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various trades and client personnel.
  • Certification under Rule 1415 is required.
  • Experience with EMS systems (Staefa/Siemens) is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing.
