Safety Engineer Job Description

At Integration International Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Safety Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting a SAFE First Culture and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental programs, regulations, and company policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Promote a SAFE First Culture: Foster a culture of zero incidents and strong value on human resources.
  • Assure Compliance: Ensure the facility is in compliance with safety and environmental programs, regulations, and company policy.
  • Job Hazard Analysis: Perform job hazard analysis to identify loss potential of our systems and processes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Train associates, supervisors, and other employees in general safety and environmental awareness, specific program requirements, and specific job requirements.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain required records, prepare reports, and files as necessary to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Emergency Response: Organize and coordinate emergency response.
  • Ergonomics Assessments: Conduct ergonomics assessments and implement solutions.
  • Safety Committee: Organize and lead the safety committee.
  • Accident Investigation: Coordinate accident investigation and reporting.
  • ISO Compliance: Facilitate ISO 45001 and ISO compliance.
