Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team at Twin City Staffing. As a Robotic Welder, you will be responsible for operating robotic welding equipment, ensuring high-quality welds, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate robotic welding equipment, including setup, programming, and running machines to produce parts to specifications
  • Conduct quality inspections of parts to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Remove weld spatter using chisel and/or grinder, and tag completed rework jobs appropriately
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of welding robots and equipment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Coordinate workflow with team members to meet production targets
  • Report material shortages, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors
Requirements
  • Accurately read a tape measure and maintain attention to detail
  • Adhere to established procedures and quality standards
  • Lift 30-50 lbs. and wear steel-toed boots as required
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
