At Ampcus, we are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler I to join our team in a newly renovated production facility. In this role, you will be part of a strong operations team as we develop and manufacture Class III combination devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings to ensure high-quality products.

Clean and maintain your work area to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Properly turn off and lock out equipment when not in use to prevent accidents.

Measure and record process parameters and report results to supervision to ensure quality control.

Adhere to production schedules and report material shortages to ensure timely delivery of products.

Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record to maintain accurate records.

Comply with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs, and proper segregation of material in the production process to ensure compliance.

Demonstrate an understanding of the SPNC Quality System to ensure quality and safety.

Ensure all training requirements are in a current status to maintain competence.

Requirements:

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years clean room production assembly experience.

Certified to all stations and/or sequences within a major product family.

Competencies:

Ability to work in conditions normal for a manufacturing environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to frequently lift materials and product up to 30 pounds.

Operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, and hearing protectors.

Good hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination.

Experience and ability to routinely use a microscope.
