Speech Language Pathology Specialist

AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
About the JobThis is a full-time position in Chambersburg, PA, requiring a valid SLP license and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility for participation as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is also necessary.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and Mentor: Supervise CFYs, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel, adhering to state licensure and professional standards.
- Departmental and Patient Schedules: Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules, clinical documentation, and work-related meetings.
- Patient Care Conferences: Attend and contribute to patient care conferences and related meetings.
- Referrals and Consultations: Refer patients to other disciplines or agencies for comprehensive care, and consult with the rehabilitation team and physician to select therapeutic regimens.
- Program Adaptation: Adapt programs and care plans to individual patient needs.
- Safety and Equipment: Ensure a safe environment, eliminate hazards, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
- Patient Service Prioritization: Prioritize patient service, providing high-quality, compassionate care that recognizes individual needs and rights.
- Evaluation and Treatment: Screen, examine, evaluate patients to establish diagnoses, identify impairments, and develop treatment plans.
