Speech Language Pathologist Special Education Professional

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant, a leading provider of education staffing solutions. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with young students who need support in their language and communication development.
About the JobThis is a contract position that requires a Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communications Disorders and a Pennsylvania SLP license. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 3 to 5 and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs and determine eligibility for speech services.
- Determine appropriate goals and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with special education needs.
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for children with identified speech and language disorders.
- Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
- Maintain accurate records for all children on the caseload and provide reports of children's progress to parents.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
