Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Construction Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently on our job sites.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily job site schedules and tasks, overseeing a job site crew, and communicating between the crew and subcontractors.

You will work closely with our construction superintendent to ensure all quality, safety, and health guidelines are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily job site schedules and tasks
  • Oversee a job site crew and ensure they are working efficiently and safely
  • Communicate effectively with the crew and subcontractors
  • Work closely with the construction superintendent to ensure quality, safety, and health guidelines are followed
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the field of excavation/horizontal construction
  • Ability to interpret project/construction documents
  • Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software programs quickly
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel locally to various job sites
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position working days, Monday - Friday.
