Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role for two years or more.
  • Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of residential HVAC systems.

  • Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory management.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification).
  • Personal Qualities: Clean driving record and ability to pass a background and pre-employment drug test.
