We are seeking a talented Program Associate to join our team at Hillel International. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on campus climate initiatives and support the growth of Jewish students.
About the Role:This position is responsible for supporting research, planning, and implementation of various programs and operations within our Campus Climate Initiative. You will work closely with our learning and operations teams to ensure that our goals, objectives, and outcomes are met. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing effective strategies to address antisemitism, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a positive campus climate for Jewish students.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on topics related to antisemitism, campus climate, and Jewish student activism. Summarize key findings and provide data-driven insights to inform program development and decision-making.
- Writing and Communication: Draft and edit high-quality materials, including reports, newsletters, and presentations. Develop clear and concise communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote program success.
- Logistics and Administration: Assist with logistical support for training sessions, coordinate speaker bookings, and manage event planning. Ensure seamless execution of programs and events, providing exceptional customer service to participants and stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $46,000 - $52,000, commensurate with experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, life insurance, Long Term Disability (LTD), Flexible Spending Plan, generous vacation/sick time, and parental leave.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience in research, writing, law, higher education, curriculum development, journalism, or Jewish communal organizations preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of working independently and collaboratively.
