Job Overview

Position Summary:
The primary role of the Customer Service Lead is to ensure exceptional service delivery while promoting and marketing the company's products. This individual will also assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, which may include store opening and closing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall store leadership and supervision.
  • Enhance brand visibility and advocacy to surpass store performance targets, collaborating with local partners to boost regional awareness.
  • Support the recruitment, hiring, and development of store personnel.

  • Help maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand representation.
  • Ensure that financial goals and controls are managed accurately and consistently.
  • Provide necessary leadership to uphold company standards in the absence of store management.
  • Encourage a collaborative and transparent environment across all departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

This position offers an hourly wage of $19.00, along with a monthly performance-based incentive. Commuting expenses for scheduled shifts may be reimbursed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail management or a comparable mix of education and experience, particularly with luxury or custom products.
  • Proven sales abilities in a consultative retail environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead, direct, and train staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with current best practices in retail operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as both a leader and a team member.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate store hours.
  • Proficiency with contemporary retail software and systems.
