Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operator to join our team at Rose International. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the accomplishment of tasks and managing responsibility areas, as well as maintaining accurate payroll records and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Operations: Participate in the accomplishment of tasks and manage responsibility areas, including maintaining accurate payroll records and databases.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of personnel information and accurate payroll records.
  • Information Flow: Monitor all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze strategic or operational tasks, gather and evaluate relevant data, and provide comprehensive reports and decision memos.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regularly scheduled audits of payroll records to ensure continued accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Special Projects: Support any payroll special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in payroll operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in payroll software and systems.
