Work Schedule:
Part-Time: 5 days/week, hours between 4:05 PM and 9:00 PM
Full-Time: 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, hours between 12:05 PM and 9:00 PM
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to learn about technology and sales, or prior experience in sales and/or technology
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience
- Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) for transportation to customer visits
- Use of a personal cellphone (recent model) for job-related communication
- Comfort working in homes with pets present
- Availability to work during evening hours
Role Responsibilities:
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will build relationships and promote upgraded solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional service and products to ensure the best customer experience
- Providing in-person setup and technical support for smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
- Meeting customers face-to-face in their homes
- Actively upselling Cielo Asurion smart home products
- Achieving sales and service goals through feedback and coaching
- Demonstrating integrity in all customer interactions, ensuring accurate information and alignment with Cielo Asurion's values
- Traveling daily to various job sites and customer locations
