Clinical Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Children's Health (Dallas). As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in facilitating communication between referring physicians, emergency department staff, and patients to ensure seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive incoming calls from after-hours nurse advice lines, referring providers, and internal staff to assess patient acuity and determine care paths.
- Communicate with emergency department staff, attending physicians, and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or issues.
- Document intake information and provide continuum communication to community providers from the nurse advice line.
- Investigate complaints from primary care and referring physicians in cooperation with physicians and hospital leadership.
- At least 3 years of emergency triage experience with pediatrics and/or adults.
- At least 5 years of telephone triage experience.
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
