About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical training and education. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and support to our clinical staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional patient care.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as physician assistant or family nurse practitioner program, and a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a clinical healthcare setting. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for clinical staff
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to training and development activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical training and education

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
