Join Our Team as an MRI Technologist

Job Overview
As an MRI Technologist, you will operate MRI equipment under the guidance of the MRI Manager or Radiologist. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging while providing exceptional patient care across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Image Acquisition**: Conduct MRI procedures with proficiency, ensuring optimal positioning and selection of appropriate coils, while adhering to established scanning protocols.
2. **Patient Safety**: Screen all patients and staff entering MRI zones to guarantee safety around the magnet. Communicate effectively regarding MR safety questionnaires and pertinent clinical histories.
3. **Room Preparation**: Maintain a clean and organized scan room, adhering to approved cleaning protocols and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
4. **Contrast Administration**: Prepare and administer contrast materials as per physician directives or approved protocols.
5. **Emergency Protocols**: Be knowledgeable about and implement emergency procedures as necessary.
6. **Data Management**: Accurately enter and record all relevant data associated with imaging studies.
7. **Quality Control**: Exhibit competency in performing quality control tasks to meet established standards.
8. **Team Collaboration**: Provide clinical instruction to staff and students, and assist in coordinating daily workflow to ensure proper staffing levels.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT registered in Radiology & MRI, or ARMRIT certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.

Work Environment
