Job Description

Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is a leading outpatient facility specializing in gastrointestinal endoscopy. Our mission is to provide high-quality care in a safe and comfortable setting.

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations and staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and organizing nursing care and clinical staff
  • Developing and refining policies and procedures
  • Ensuring quality of care and minimizing operating costs
  • Supervising the Quality Improvement Program

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in acute care nursing
  • Knowledge and skills in clinical leadership
  • A graduate degree in nursing and current state licensure
  • Experience in operating room, ambulatory surgical center, and/or hospital supervision
