Job Title: Army Robotics Communication Systems Engineer

Torch Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Army Robotics Communication Systems Engineer to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and integrating complex communication systems for Army robotics applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop wired and wireless network architectures for Army robotics applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication systems with robotics platforms
  • Develop and implement network security protocols to ensure secure communication between robotics systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on communication system design and integration
  • Conduct analysis and testing of communication systems to ensure compliance with Army standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology related field
  • 5+ years of experience in communication system design and integration
  • Progressively complex experience working with Army robotics applications
  • Direct experience with Army network development and integration
  • 2+ years of experience managing network development teams
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to author technical papers and policy documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware
  • Ability to think critically and visualize solutions
  • Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols
