Position Overview:As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients upon arrival and managing their wait times.
- Assisting patients with the intake process, including document management.
- Collecting co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles while issuing receipts.
- Managing the cashier box and daily deposits in accordance with company policies.
- Processing walk-in patients and handling visitor inquiries.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Maintaining and organizing medical records, ensuring timely filing and scanning.
- Running insurance eligibility checks for patients.
- Processing requests for medical record releases and maintaining appropriate logs.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED (or higher).

Experience in a medical front office role, including:
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient check-ins/outs.
- Insurance verification and co-payment collection.
- Familiarity with EMR software and insurance eligibility processes.
