In de rol van Customer Service Specialist Export ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de interne en externe organisatie, voor de landen die je beheert vanuit je distributeursportfolio. Voor zaken als orderinvoer, tijdige productbeschikbaarheid en logistieke planning, exportdocumentatie en facturatie. Je communiceert zelfstandig met zowel interne als externe stakeholders om de belangen van de distributeur te vertegenwoordigen. Het is een dynamische rol, met een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid met betrekking tot het indelen en prioriteren van je werk.

**Verantwoordelijkheden:**

Je belangrijkste doel is het leveren van een uitstekende service niveau aan onze internationale distributeurs met minimale kosten en risico's voor JDE.

Werk samen met de businessteams om te zorgen voor een succesvolle uitvoering van alle zakelijke, product- en marketinginitiatieven richting onze distributeurs.

Drijf prestatiecontrolesysteem op basis van standaard KPI's.

Systematische probleemoplossing op basis van oorzaakanalyse en systematische eliminatie van verspilling van terugkerende problemen.

Ontwikkel en benut sterke relaties met onze logistieke dienstverleners, sales en distributeurs die het interne en externe aanspreekpunt zijn voor jouw account(s).

Zorg voor een financiële prognose / geschatte landing binnen de maand voor jouw distributeursportfolio.

Opstellen van wekelijkse en maandelijkse rapportages aan belanghebbenden.
