Transaction Banking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Transaction Banker to join our team at First Bank. As a Transaction Banker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers by processing monetary transactions, building relationships, and offering solutions to meet their banking needs.

• Customer Service: Process transactions for customers, provide timely and courteous service, build relationships, and assist with account concerns.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, ensure cash drawer security, balance daily, and maintain assigned limits.
• Referrals: Present bank products as solutions to customers, support sales efforts, and participate in product campaigns.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work collaboratively with other departments as needed, understand and comply with relevant laws and regulations, and complete training as required.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with math skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, as well as strong communication and confidentiality skills.

This full-time position requires a Monday-to-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday rotations. If you have good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and adaptability, we encourage you to apply.
