We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Provide exceptional guest service, connecting with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Craft high-quality beverages, including Starbucks' signature drinks, to meet or exceed guest expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with guests

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming store environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
