Position Overview:
Under minimal supervision, you will perform diagnostic and service tasks on residential and light commercial HVAC systems and components. You will communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Additionally, you will promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal oversight.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform diagnostics and services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Complete routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as necessary.
- Manage the delivery and removal of parts and equipment required for service tasks.
- Document all necessary information on customer calls using a handheld device.
- Maintain communication with dispatch to provide accurate status updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
- Follow standard procedures to ensure company vehicles are stocked and maintained.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Report unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards to your supervisor immediately.
- Notify your supervisor of any violations of legislation or company policies.
- Correct substandard acts or conditions within your control.
- Utilize and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of experience in a technical environment.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by local laws.
- EPA and safety certifications are mandatory.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and related components.
- Proficient mechanical skills and ability to operate necessary tools.
- Effective communication skills for customer interaction.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as required.
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various environmental conditions.

Annual Compensation Range: Minimum $50,165, Maximum $75,247
