At Northwell Health, we are seeking an Executive Director of Technology Solutions to lead our Product Services & Management team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience, with 5-7 years of leadership/management experience.

The Executive Director of Technology Solutions will be responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the staff and activities of the department. They will partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to align and develop technology solutions. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of cost-effective systems and solutions to meet strategic, operational, and organizational needs.

The selected candidate will act as a project manager on large assignments in support of the life cycle for major initiatives. They will provide leadership to the Product Services & Management team members, supervisors, and managers by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives. The Executive Director will also develop, communicate, and build consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, and manages the staff and activities for an assigned technology area
  • Selects, develops, manages, and evaluates direct reports
  • Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion
  • Collaborates with managers in the design, development, testing, and implementation of cost-effective technology solutions
  • Ensures data is accurately maintained and available in a clear, concise, useful, and timely manner
  • Works collaboratively with management in the coordination and implementation of assigned projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership/management experience, required
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM (Onboarding, Recruitment and LEARN), preferred

Estimated Salary: $130,300-$228,000 per year
