Compensation: $20.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with account management, including opening and closing accounts, and may underwrite consumer loans within the limits set by Credit Union policy. Address inquiries regarding products and services and resolve issues within their authority. Refer complex problems to their supervisor with recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and promote services to members.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and prepare necessary reports, including the organization of loan documents for filing.
- Input and process data using the computer system.
- Act as a liaison between members and various departments.
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely service to all members and colleagues.
- At least six months of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
