Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of direct care staff to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care.
- Monitor and report any incidents or concerns related to client care in a timely manner.
- Manage client finances and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, service coordinators, and other agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Manage client caseloads and ensure that all client records and charts are up-to-date and accurate.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of service delivery and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and ensure that all daily activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain current knowledge of Supported Living Services, Federal and State laws, and regulations, including Title 17.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in people management and case management, preferably in the disability services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
