Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to join our team at The Hatch Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues
  • Inspect and diagnose problems with machines, engines, and transmissions
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report on equipment issues
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical, and other systems
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
