About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of organizational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of acquisitions.
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
  • Develop and maintain program strategy, including tactical planning using resources like MS Office products and regular interactions with SMEs, engineers, schedulers, and customers.
  • Ensure effective communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards.
Requirements
  • Experience with DoD acquisitions developing products such as performance work statement (PWS) and request for proposals (RFP).
  • Experience with planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office environment, or 12+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office environment in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with telecommunications acquisition.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clearance
