About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Trinity Nursing & Rehabilitation of Granbury. In this role, you'll work closely with our healthcare team to provide top-notch care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Participate in recreation programs and encourage social interaction among residents.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
• Perform non-professional, direct resident care duties under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state or completion of state-required training and competency evaluation program within four months of employment.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of maintaining regular attendance and adhering to local health regulations.
• Physical and sensory requirements include walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing, and pulling, with the ability to hear and respond to pages.
