Job Title: Grocery Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Grocery Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our grocery department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Support the overall success of our grocery department by assisting with inventory management, processing transactions, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store image.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
