Job Summary:

As a Guest Service Associate at Geisinger Healthplex CenterPoint, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected. You will be the first point of contact for many individuals, and your warm smile and friendly demeanor will set the tone for their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all patients, visitors, and guests are treated with kindness, respect, and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide accurate and timely information, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Assist with patient transportation, wheelchair availability, and other logistical needs as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the patient experience.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

Requirements:

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Preferred)

Certification(s) and License(s):
