We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Surgical Technology Faculty member to join our team at Success Education Colleges. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to our students in the Surgical Technology program.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and implement curriculum courses, ensuring that all students receive a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
- Prepare, administer, and grade exams, as well as maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Plan and assign student activities to achieve program objectives and outcomes.
- Provide a professional role model for students and participate in the selection and preparation of instructional materials.
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the Program Director and contribute to the development of individual and collective learning needs of assigned students.
- Minimum of three years of operating room experience or teaching in the field, or a combination of the two, within five years prior to hire date.
- Current certification through the NBSTSA (CST certification) and a credential in the field of Surgical Technology through a national credentialing organization accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
- AA or AS in any subject.
