The Snack Bar Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greets customers and takes food orders, providing information about menus and opportunities to upsell products
  • Operates cash register and receives payment from customers, accurately counting change and following customer service and cash handling policies
  • Cleans and stocks work areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Assists with kitchen-related functions, including receiving inventory, moving and lifting food and beverage products, and maintaining product knowledge
  • Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products
  • Cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment

Requirements

  • Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and colleagues in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • Requires ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
  • Requires ability to lift/push objects weighing over 40 lbs
  • Requires ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
  • Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
