Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at OSF Center for Health Streator Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their physical function.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical and functional status to develop effective treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices through ongoing education and training
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Respective state license in Physical Therapy or eligibility to obtain
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
