Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA. Current state licensure and/or registration as a Physical Therapist is required.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Create treatment plans based on MD's orders
Ensure all required documentation is completed
Compensation:
$55.00 per hour
