Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurologist with expertise in tertiary-level epilepsy care to join our team at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona. As a member of our Epilepsy division, you will be responsible for staffing the epilepsy clinic, interpreting EEGs, and managing neurostimulation devices.

Responsibilities
  • Staff the epilepsy clinic and epilepsy monitoring unit
  • Interpret routine and hospital-based EEGs, including continuous EEG monitoring
  • Manage neurostimulation devices (VNS, RNS, DBS)
  • Conduct epilepsy surgery evaluations, including stereo-EEG and subdural electrodes
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Board certification in Neurology, Epilepsy, and Clinical Neurophysiology
  • Experience in surgical evaluation and EEG interpretation
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively
