Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Nursing Faculty member to join our team at Galen College of Nursing. As a mental health nursing educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational content to students in mental health nursing.
  • Assess and evaluate student learning outcomes to ensure they meet the program's standards.
  • Participate in curriculum development and implementation to ensure the program remains current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Requirements
  • Active, current, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in mental health nursing.
