About the Role

We seek an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will work directly with clients in their homes, implementing individualized treatment programs designed to improve communication, social skills, daily living activities, and behavior reduction plans.

  • You will collect and record data during sessions to allow Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to track client progress effectively and address any areas of concern.
  • Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and their families, adapting to different situations based on each client's unique needs.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and team members while maintaining a professional presence, and communicate with empathy, kindness, and clarity.
  • Demonstrate a deep care and passion for each child's journey, believing in their potential and actively supporting them to reach their goals.

This role requires a strong commitment to ongoing learning and training, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to those served.
