We are seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Faculty Physician to join our esteemed medical group. This role involves both clinical and educational responsibilities within a comprehensive Palliative Care service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care across inpatient and outpatient environments.
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to fellows enrolled in the affiliated fellowship program.
- Maintain a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend hospital duties and on-call responsibilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care.
Position Details:
The role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient duties at a single facility, supported by a robust team including nursing, social work, and spiritual care professionals. Our medical group comprises a diverse array of specialists, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency and a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality clinical care.
- Active or eligible for ABMS certification in Internal Medicine or Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine.
- Eligibility for an Arizona State medical license.
- Ability to secure full hospital privileges at affiliated healthcare facilities.
