We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Merry Wood Lodge Center in Elmore, AL. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
