Job Overview

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with owners, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and project engineers to drive project growth and satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Read and interpret building plans and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
  • Assist with submittal distribution and tracking, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members, customers, and factories to ensure project details are accurately communicated.
  • Generate equipment selections and quotes as needed during project execution.
  • Respond to and track IOM and submittal requests, ensuring timely completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of account management and leadership experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Mechanical contracting experience with emphasis on HVAC equipment, engineering, or construction industry experience is preferred.
