Your responsibilities will include preparing forecast projections, monitoring performance productivities, analyzing deviations, and supporting estimate claims. You will work closely with the area project manager and cost & forecast manager to ensure the project stays on track.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare support and backup for change orders and claims in coordination with the contract manager and cost manager.
  • Revised remaining quantities for forecast analysis and provide monthly performed quantities to the progress engineer.
  • Prepare and review pre-closing and closing files requested by the branch office.
  • Ensure project charges are correctly represented for accounting's closing process.
  • Monthly follow-up to prepare the SPE follow-up report in coordination with the project manager.
  • Hold weekly cost meetings with field supervisors and area PM to analyze incurred productivity, cost, and deviations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience within a construction firm.
  • Knowledge in HCSS or other estimating software preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to receive instruction and apply knowledge to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
