Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Behavior Health Technician-ABA to join our team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our ABA program, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with ASD, implementing evidence-based interventions and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement ABA interventions in the school setting, working closely with children and adolescents with ASD to achieve their goals.
- Train school staff to implement interventions and support the child's treatment plan.
- Collaborate with the child's family and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collect data on identified behaviors to inform treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Document services provided in our electronic medical record system.
- High school diploma and completion of the RBT task list training.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in behavioral health, with completion of the RBT task list training.
