Job Summary:

Elwyn is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-on-one interventions to children and adolescents with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis and be able to implement interventions to support positive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out specific interventions as identified in the behavioral treatment plan
  • Teach positive social skills to children and adolescents
  • Support caregivers in providing immediate rewards or consequences for behavior
  • Record behavioral data and document progress toward treatment goals
  • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and crisis intervention using agency-trained protocols

Requirements:

  • Board-certified assistant behavior analyst certification (BCaBA) or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
