Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Forever 21, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise, using basic selling techniques to engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain proper accountability at registers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines, resolving customer issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Must be energetic and charismatic, with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity to ensure interactions are conducted without bias or prejudice.
  • Must be able to complete sales transactions in POS register system.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
