Position Overview:
As a Field Investigation Supervisor at ISN Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in managing independent contractor investigators and part-time employee investigators across various geographic regions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the performance, quality of work, availability, and adherence to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism among investigators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily oversight and mentorship to investigators.
  • Ensure compliance with government and industry regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with investigators to enhance engagement.
  • Leverage performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of cases.
  • Communicate program expectations to investigators.
  • Identify and address operational challenges.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts.
  • Work autonomously from a home office.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of four years of experience with OPM / DCSA, Intel, or similar programs.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with eligibility for TS clearance.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and integrity.
  • Commitment to supporting national security initiatives.
  • Robust analytical and multitasking capabilities.
