Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
  • Assist with managing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to schedule and supervise work
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and company safety regulations
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician on a multi-family apartment community
  • Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
  • Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed
