We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Assist with managing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with outside vendors to schedule and supervise work
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and company safety regulations
- 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician on a multi-family apartment community
- Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed
- $33.50 per hour
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, 4 Weeks PTO, Health Savings Account, Referral Program
- Monday-Friday Schedule plus ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed
