About the Role:

The Member Education Intern will focus on building online courses, writing marketing plans, and supporting event planning processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying marketing opportunities to promote training programs
  • Conducting thorough research to identify potential speakers for training sessions
  • Identifying opportunities for member training and development
  • Reviewing and editing training content
  • Developing and implementing online training modules
  • Upholding established writing and visual brand standards in all training materials
  • Supporting the event planning process
Requirements:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, organizational leadership, instructional design, or a related field. Skills and abilities include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative settings
  • Ability to lead projects
